When the Diocese of Las Cruces established in 1982, Bishop Ramirez asked me to serve as his Vicar General and in 1984 he asked me to serve as pastor of Holy Cross parish. I enjoy serving you and look forward to seeing our "dream" Pope John Paul II Family Center completed.
